Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner

We will be preparing a delectable five course meal as we walk through some incredible Cakebread Cellars wines with Chuck Richards our resident Cakebread expert. Don’t miss these amazing pairings…. It will truly be and experience to remember.

Dinner Menu:

First Course

Wine Pairing: Cakebread Carneros Chardonnay

Coconut Crusted Shrimp served over summer salad and drizzled with a pearl and sambal vinaigrette


Second Course

Wine Pairing: Cakebread Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Tuna Carpaccio – Ahi Tuna crusted with pink peppercorn seared rare and served over a bed of arugula with a white peach sorbet and guava crème drizzled with a grapefruit peel infuse oil


Third Course

Wine Pairing: Cakebread Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

Slow Roasted pork loin stuffed with cashews, herbs and currants topped with boursin cream and a black cherry reduction accompanied by sautéed Brussel sprouts and Applewood smoked bacon


Fourth Course

Wine Pairing: Cakebread Napa Valley Cabernet

Char grilled center cut beef tenderloin topped with a black forest demi glace and served with sautéed Romanesco and a goat cheese cauliflower “rice”

Black Tea and Chocolate Swirled Crème Brulee
