This is Chicago’s First Distillery since the mid-1800’s. In 2008 this distillery started producing organic whiskey and set out to change the way people understand whiskey by creating a new signature style. KOVAL uses only the “heart” cut of the distillate affording a brighter, cleaner take on the whiskey. Come join us a we taste this unique and delicious whiskey.
