1. Where do I purchase Gift Cards?
Gift Cards are available for purchase at terminals in the Deli or Cellars. You can purchase any increment from $10 to $100,000!
2. Where is overflow parking?
Our Guests can conveniently park in the large lot at the corner of Front Street and East New Haven Ave. The walking distance from Front St. to The Mansion is about as far as walking from the parking lot of Target to the back of the store.
3. Why do you have 65 beers on tap?
Why not?
4. Do I need a reservation?
With 340 seats, reservations are not necessary. However, if you have a large party or a special event you would like ot celebrate with us, give us a call or email at info@thebigmansion.com
5.What's up with the construction on the street?
Florida DOT is currently fixing a drainage problem at Front St. and New Haven. Drainage pipes are being replaced as well as new water lines. The street will be compleated sometime in the spring and will have new curbing, sidewalks and parking spaces. It should look really great!
6. How do I access your parking during construction?
New Haven Ave. will be Eastbound only throughout the construction, and access to our parking lot and building will be maintained throughout the process.
7. Can I get to-go food?
Yes you can! Call your order into the deli and we will have it hot and ready for you to pickup at your convenience!
