Saturday is an especially great day to sip on some historic whiskeys, and we have chosen a dream lineup of some of the most iconic whiskeys to enjoy.  Over the past decade or so, the number of varieties have exploded, presenting whiskey lovers with a mind-boggling array of options. Whiskey drinkers have never had it so good. You can now drink bourbon that’s single barrel aged, truly kick-ass ryes, or Japanese single malts that beat the Scots in blind taste tests. So, as we dig into the sippers, we will discuss the flavors, texture, viscosity, and profiles of each. Join us at 2 pm in the Cellars. There will be no refunds to this tasting due to limited seating.
