We love when the Winery comes to visit the Mansion… join us as Thomas Uribe of TerraNoble Winery shares the process of creating these great wines from Chile. The winery was founded in 1993 and is located in Maule Valley, Chile. TerraNoble has 360 hectares under vine in prime vineyard locations in Maule, Colchagua, and Casablanca valleys. Each property was specially selected to attain the best attributes for each variety of grape. The stainless steel production results in clean and balanced profiles in the wine. The wine then spends time in oak barrels producing dynamic structure, rich flavors, complexity and full-bodied wine. We will enjoy Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Carignan varieties as Thomas explains the terroir and the wine making process. It promises to be a special evening of fun and great wine.
