Spirit Challenge in the Cellars

Come and have fun participating in our blind spirits challenge. This sensory game will explore your smell, taste, and texture of different spirits. We have chosen bourbon as the spirit we will use for the test. Many of you have attended tastings and challenged your palate to pick up flavors, viscosity, and other profiles, but doing this without knowing the spirit is truly the best way to learn what you like without bias. So, with that in mind, what better way to spend a Friday evening than joining us in the Cellars for our Spirit Challenge. We will blind taste test four bourbons and take notes on what we taste, smell, like and dislike. Then, we will do the big reveal of each bourbon and discuss the  mashbill, flavor profiles from the distillery and more. Let’s see how much you know!  It promises to be a fun evening of exploring and learning our palates. Space is limited, so sign up early. There will be no refunds to this tasting.
