Tequila Worthy of Sipping

Tequila Friday is back with tequila worthy of sipping. The transition in this spirit over the last five years has been nothing short of amazing, so we are taking a trip to Mexico to see the craft and precision that embodies the spirit of Mexico. The Agave plants are nurtured for years and the meticulous process of roasting the pina, the maceration of the juice, to the art of distillation is truly an experience. The work put into making great tequila is what makes you want to relax and elevate your sipping experience. We will taste some of the best tequila where each sip offers a journey through time and tradition. Some are aged to perfection in oak barrels offering the balance of spice, vanilla, and caramel flavors. Others,  you can enjoy without aging with the amazing aromas and flavor of agave. We will visit the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico and through the liquid take the journey of tequila as we sip, savor, and repeat.
