This Old Scotch Tasting
For those who relish the flavors of mature scotch whiskey, our carefully selected flight awaits. The Cellars boast an impressive selection of scotch, and we’re excited to unveil some overlooked gems from our collection. Join us as we uncork and savor these older expressions that have patiently matured over time.
Our journey begins at the farthest reaches of Scotland with Highland Park, showcasing their latest release—a 17-year-old aged in new American oak. Aptly named ‘The Light,’ this expression embodies the spirit of spring and summer on Orkney, staying true to the Viking roots of the distillery.
Next, we embark on a tasting adventure to Bunnahabhain Distillery, where the 18-year-old non-chill-filtered scotch awaits. Rich in dried fruit and spices, this dram lingers on the palate, delivering a truly memorable experience.
Our voyage continues with Glenglassaugh Rare Cask 2011, a distillery that claimed the coveted title of Whiskey of the Year in 2023. Released at cask strength, this remarkable expression captivates with notes of toffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, and spice—an absolute delight for the senses.
Our final stop invites you to marvel at the artistry of Bruchladdich Distillery in Islay. Black Art, a consistently astonishing release, presents a unique Speyside-style single malt aged in the land of peat—a must-try that continues to captivate with each edition.
Join us in the Cellars for an exploration of ‘This Old Scotch,’ where every sip is a journey through time, a celebration of craftsmanship, and a nod to the extraordinary flavors that only aged scotch can deliver. There will be no refunds due to limited seating.
