There are plenty to choose from that are current such as Elijah Craig and Yellowstone. Jim has been digging into the archives for some of the past barrels from Jack Daniels and Buffalo Trace. We will spend time tasting the unique flavors produced by the barrels and mash bills of each whiskey. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to taste these single barrels and  learn the unique process involved in each pick. There will be bottles available for purchase following the tasting.
