Irish Whiskey Tasting – Featuring Jameson 18-Year
Most people know Irish whiskey for its smoothness—but there is far more hidden behind the label. Join us in The Cellars for an exclusive tasting journey through four different expressions.
From the iconic Jameson 18-Year to a bold 110-proof Irish-American blend, we will unpack how cask aging, proof, and blending shape the world’s most versatile spirits. Whether you drink Scotch, bourbon, or pure Irish craft, this will change how you view Irish whiskey.
FOUR WHISKEYS WORTH DISCOVERING
JAMESON 18-YEAR
An exceptional expression of Ireland’s most famous whiskey. Aged for a minimum of 18 years in carefully selected oak casks, this beautifully smooth whiskey offers rich flavors of toffee, vanilla, gentle sherry, toasted oak, and warm spice. An elegant, complex whiskey that shows just how special Jameson can be.
JAMESON DISTILLER’S BATCH
A distinctive single pot still Irish whiskey matured in five different types of oak casks. Expect layers of dark chocolate, spicy toffee, cinnamon, ginger, and orange peel, with hints of toasted oak. A richer, more complex side of Jameson that offers something quite different from its familiar original expression.
KEEPER’S HEART IRISH + AMERICAN 110 PROOF
Here’s where things get interesting. This bold 110-proof whiskey combines traditional Irish grain and single pot still whiskeys with American rye. The result is a fascinating combination of orchard fruit, candied ginger, baking spices, citrus, and charred oak. A wonderful meeting of Irish smoothness and American whiskey character.
MICHAEL COLLINS IRISH WHISKEY
Named for one of Ireland’s most celebrated historical figures, Michael Collins is a blended Irish whiskey with an approachable character. Expect gentle grain sweetness, hints of vanilla, light fruit, and a touch of spice. A pleasant contrast to the older and higher-proof expressions in our lineup.
